For the 2021 tax year, an outright cash gift may entitle you to a charitable deduction of up to 100% of your AGI (temporarily increased from 60% of AGI), if you itemize. If you do not itemize, you may be eligible for an above-the-line deduction for up to $300 in charitable contributions.
